Originally this impressionist painting was meant to celebrate the beauty of the spiral form of DNA and to depict a field of healing energy passing through it. A few years after this was created, I found out I had Hepatitis C, a virus which attacks the DNA of the filtering cells in the liver. I later embarked on my own journey of cellular healing. After a year of treatments, the virus remains, albeit at a much reduced level. Was there somehow a co-arising of the paintings and the conditions within my body? This work has been seen as part of my large screen digital projection shows.
